Choose DESKTOP from the Save In: drop down menu. Then click SAVE.
(note: downloading may take a few minutes)

Once your download is complete, Right Click CLOSE on the download window.
(note: your window may close automatically, if so, skip this step)

Minimize all open windows to reveal your Desktop. You will see the file, "FLOAT-RG.PDF" Double Click that file to open it.
(note: If you get an error at this point. Most likely you do not have Adobe Reader. Go to www.adobe.com to download and install it.)

If the file successfully loads then close it and continue with the steps.

If the file doesn't completely appear and there is blank white space. Close the window and try downloading the file again.
