The New York World Trade Center-(the entire WTC complex) Paper Model
World Trade Center view

The World Trade Center (WTC):

As a result of many modellers asking for the entire World Trade Center Complex, Joe Cangero got to work and designed the models you see on the right and you can have it in seconds as a downloadable model... $4.95

You're going to find the WTC model EASY to build and magically (honestly!) therapeutic to recreate. Please feel free to make a few copies to share with your friends.

Models come in railroad scales of HO, N, & Z. Make complete towns and villiages. Also great for wargamming!

Six buildings: South Tower, North Tower, South Plaza, North Plaza, Marriot Hotel, and Customs House..

"I finished my WTC model and cranked up the digital camera.
I used a "cloud" background sheet from my model railroading supplies for a background. Thanks, again, to all of you for the "healing" aspect of this paper model. I know we'll prevail in this struggle."

Chip, God bless you my man! I am a judge here in Colorado who builds paper models as a past-time.

Our youngest daughter is in college. She loves to make paper models as well - When the September 11th WTC attack occurred she was very scared (weren't we all?). I forwarded the Fiddler's Green WTC Towers model to her and she downloaded and built it. Her friends were touched and impressed, and it provided many healing moments for all of us. Now the whole complex is available - thanks to you guys - and more healing will occur I'm convinced.

I was born 62 years ago in Washington, D.C. and my heart was broken on September 11th. Your people have helped bring healing to me and my family and all freedom loving people everywhere. Thanks for all your hard, diligent work during this tragedy. The terrorists hit the World Trade Center and the Pentagon but they missed America. Thank God! Yours truly, Judge J.S. (10/19)

That's great news about the funds raised through your offering of the WTC model!

Just want to echo 'the judge's sentiments that that was a very generous, thoughtful thing to do. I wish you all continued success... what goes around comes around! God Bless...Andrei (10/19)

I found the model sitting on checkout counter @ "Hobbytown" store in Lexington, KY. Thanx for the great model.... have turned several architect friends on to it... all very grateful to receive....Day Johnston (10/25/01)

Thanks for your site! I got the free WTC Towers model. But I didn't like all those vacant spots.
So I went looking for the rest of the WTC. Eureka!
Building these WTC models has been very therapeutic for me. We at Boeing are very concerned about the future of commercial aviation. Some of the guys plotted impact points on the towers.

I guess it helps us think we can control it by having a small model of it. Regards, Matt (10/25/01)

Captain,,I took my version to the office yesterday. What a hit it was! The "model"
got oodles and gobs of oohs and aahs and a few "sweets" as well. Beautiful
work for sure... W. White (11/6/01)
I recently purchased the complete set of the World Trade Center buildings for my son Michael. It was for his Academic Fair project. He wrote a 4 page report, did a display board with pictures, and built your fantastic model (along w/ some awesome landscaping!). I can't even begin to tell you the reaction of everyone who saw it. He was the "star" (and envy) of all his classmates/parents/teachers. Your website is amazing!!!! - Kathy Morris

I, and my co-workers, used to work on the 72nd floor of World Trade One--some of whom had been in the building since it opened its doors in 1973. I made my model of the buildings and people are awed by it. It has brought a warm-fuzzy to many here. Thank you for making it available. Nicky Cullen (04/02)
